Cast and machined in one works, costed from the foundry floor
Because the foundry and the machine shop are the same works, there is no margin stacked between two suppliers and no part waiting in someone else’s queue. For most of the parts we are asked for, that makes local manufacture competitive with importing — and we will tell you honestly when it does not.
Casting and machining on one site
The foundry and the machine shop belong to the same works, so machining allowances are set by the people who cut the metal and nothing waits on another supplier.
Reverse engineering from a sample
We measure a worn or broken part, restore the geometry in CAD, make the pattern and produce it again.
One piece or recurring batches
A single replacement casting is as welcome as a repeat production order.
